Walking Is A Great Exercise

Aqua Aerobics Is Also Excellent
When we are in the water, the effect of gravity lessens because the water supports the body weight. The trick is to start with simple exercises like jogging in water. Once you are able to do that and have to build up some strength, move on to swimming. Take it slow and in increments.
